Then call me and tell me their name, last four of the credit card, the last three digits on the back of the card, and their phone number to contact if I have questions
This way the data on line is not complete and I have the other data in voice format.

Purchase orders: will be accepted for the conference. Payment terms are 30 days from receipt of the invoice. If payment is not received by 7/15/07 you will be billed at the late registration rate (above) Registrations with purchase orders are subject to the cancellation policy above. Cancellations charges will apply. Federal Government Agencies and other organizations wishing to be invoiced after the event will be billed at the onsite registration rate.
