Article 1 - OFFICES.

The principal office of the Corporation shall be located in the City of Kissimmee and the State of Florida. The Corporation may also maintain offices at such other places the Board of Directors may, from time to time determine.


Certified to be the bylaws of the corporation adopted by the Board of Directors on May 2, 2004.
